Duties of a Notary

"A notary’s duty is to be a neutral witness to the signing of documents. A notary makes sure that signers are who they say they are and have entered into agreements knowingly and willingly."

- Colorado Secretary of State

Limitations of a Notary

I AM NOT AN ATTORNEY. It is unethical and illegal for me to give legal advice. Any questions about the contents of your documents, or what type of notarization you need should be posited to whomever will be receiving your completed documents.

Making an Appointment

Easily make an appointment for the location and time of your choosing. Appointments are available daily from 8 AM to 8 PM. Requests for appointments outside these hours will be considered on a case by case basis.

With more than 15 years of customer service experience, I know just how positively impactful a truly experienced and friendly agent can be.  As a public servant for the State of Colorado, I aim to provide a stress free and efficient signing experience.

Large, involved signings, or small individual documents all receive the same care and attention from Rocky Mountain Notarial Services.
