Duties of a Notary

"A notary’s duty is to be a neutral witness to the signing of documents. A notary makes sure that signers are who they say they are and have entered into agreements knowingly and willingly."

- Colorado Secretary of State

There are many different types of documents and situations that may need or benefit from notarization.

Power of Attorney, Will and Testaments, Minor Travel Documents, Affidavits, Bills of Sale and Title Documents, Medical Directives and more

Limitations of a Notary

I AM NOT AN ATTORNEY. It is unethical and illegal for me to give legal advice. Any questions about the contents of your documents, or what type of notarization you need should be posited to whomever will be receiving your completed documents.
