• No fee to meet at Green Valley Ranch public library,

• No travel fee for students of CCAurora, Pitkins, or Auraria Campus Schools 

 

* Travel fee for locations farther than 15 miles from 80239 is up to $50

* Never a travel fee for care facility residents or Anchutz hospital guests.

• $175 Loan Signing Services *​

​* Signings located more than 15 miles from 80239 will be charged an additional travel fee of $50

• $25 I-9 authorized representative
